These courses are dedicated to students, experts and amateurs who prefer the XVI, XVII and XVIII centuries repertoire and wish to improve their knowledge of the evolution of music notation, music theory, as well as the main rules of the counterpoint and keyboard.

The “Ancient Music Section” is offering the musician not only the chance to approach instrument, singing or ensemble courses, but also to run a theoretical course,  where students and teachers can examine and discuss the most important topics concerning the performance praxis during the centuries mentioned above.

Both students and auditors interested in this area are free to attend one or more courses.

Instrumentalists or singers interested in particular themes related to the literature of the period indicated above can ask for individual lessons, enrolling as auditors.

Courses will take place mostly on Friday and Saturday. The timetable will be set at the beginning of the year.
